Talycopa AFC — Safeguarding

Purpose of This Form

Talycopa AFC use a VEO camera system to record matches for coaching, player development, and club use. In accordance with our safeguarding policy and data protection obligations, both clubs must agree to filming before the camera is activated. Please complete all sections below — a copy will be emailed to our safeguarding officer upon submission.

Terms of Agreement

Both clubs acknowledge and agree to the following:
  • A VEO camera system will be used to record today’s match for coaching and player development purposes.
  • Footage may be used by Talycopa AFC for internal analysis, player review, and club social media/promotional content.
  • Footage will not be sold or shared with third parties without further consent.
  • All footage involving minors will be handled in accordance with Talycopa AFC’s safeguarding policy and FAW guidelines.
  • Players, parents, or guardians who do not wish to be filmed must be kept out of the camera’s field of view where reasonably practicable. It is each club representative’s responsibility to communicate this to their players and officials.
  • Either club may withdraw consent at any time before the match begins by notifying the Talycopa AFC representative present.
